CORA Services is Hiring a Quality Assurance Associate Near Philadelphia, PA

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist IBHS and ABA Staff with facilitation of IBHS and ABA service delivery to clients through administrative support.
  • Maintain service-related documentation in client records by collecting and entering client service data in internal and external data systems.
  • Process requests for client services and assist with eligibility determination.
  • Receive and process incoming referrals from schools requesting IBHS services.
  • Coordinate Psychological Evaluations and other Levels of Care Assessments through administrative support
  • Ensure clinical documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with legal and regulatory requirements, through consistent auditing of client records.
  • Identify any discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies in documentation and communicate these findings to the appropriate staff and supervisor for correction.
  • Ensure an active Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP) is in place for all services prior to submission of claims.
  • Confirm that date, time, duration, and service is accurately documented and verified by a parent/guardian, client, school personnel prior to submission of claims.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff, including the Director and Clinical Managers to ensure that documentation accurately reflects the client's progress and treatment plan.
  • Provide summary report of staff notes that need to be addressed to ensure accurate and timely billing.
  • Review staff timesheets, verifying time accounted for against documentation in the Electronic Health Record and Learning Management System; communicate any identified discrepancies to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Ensure completion of all referral paperwork before scheduling Level of Care Assessments.
  • Coordinate record release request with client/parent/caregiver, supervisor, and the records department.
  • Provide coverage at Reception as needed.
  • Serve on various committees and/or work teams as requested.
